Bonjour, I am trying to identify German ground units stationed in the areas of Bury and Mouy during the last two weeks of August 1944. I believe they were elements of the Fifth German Panzer Army, possibly belonging to the LVIII Panzer Corps. JE crois qu'il y avait des éléments de la Ve Panzer, appartenant certainement au LVIII Panzer Corps. J'essaie d'identifier l'unité allemande qui a capturé mon père après qu'il se soit sorti de son P-38, le 25 août 1944. Gary Koch, historien du 474th Fighter Group. |
